Advice and guide

For users that use Chrome or Edge Chromium and are asked to Launch/Open "Citrix Workspace Launcher" or "Citrix Receiver Launcher".Do following to change the settings.

1. Login to StoreFront website (https://portal.regionuppsala.se) and click on Cancel to the prompt "Open Citrix Workspace Launcher".
2. Click on the arrow beside your name.
3. Select "Install Receiver" and then "Detect Receiver".
4. Click on Cancel on the "Open Citrix Workspace Launcher" prompt again. Then "Accept License" and "Already installed".
5. Go back to your apps or desktops and launch one of them.
6. This will download the ica file. Click on the arrowhead next to this then select "Always open files of this type".
Then either open the file or launch it again.
