We recommend and do tests with several different browsers and operating systems for access to Region Uppsala's external services, other combinations may also work.

For support on client settings according to the technical requirement, you should ask your own PC provider's support or your local IT support. MSI IT-support provides telephone advice during office hours regarding the technical conditions.

The Programportalen does support the new web browser Edge Chromium

Cosmic does not support Swedish characters in the computer name(åäö). If so, change the computer name on the local computer.
